The Drumlink Network enables musical instrument producers and music marketers to connect with the highest quality content aimed at committed, aspiring musicians. We are currently in our formative stages and are testing podcast and web site banner programs.
How It Works: Drumlink combines music web sites and podcasts into a network in order to offer marketers significant reach with ad campaigns. Placing an ad with Drumlink enables your messages to reach multiple outlets with one insertion.
ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Advertisers agree to these when completing the Advertising Insertion Order.
TERMS Publisher = Drumlink. Network = All of the web sites, podcasts or other channels on which ads run. Campaign Period = Ad campaigns are based on term (one week, one month) or a quantity of episodes (twenty podcasts) that determine how long the ad will be in rotation.
ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISING All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the Drumlink. Drumlink may, at its discretion, require edits or reject any advertisement submitted by the Advertiser. Products or services with no direct relation to the music industry may be eligible for advertising only if approved by Drumlink. All advertisements must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser unless approved in advance by Drumlink. The inclusion of an advertisement on network sites is not to be construed or publicized as an endorsement or approval by Drumlink. Artwork, format, and layout should be such as to avoid confusion with editorial content of the network sites or publications. Online advertisers will receive reports that show aggregate data about their advertisements, but Drumlinkdoes not release personally identifiable data on the users of our websites to advertisers. Advertiser links to other websites cannot prevent a user from returning to sites on the network.
CANCELLATION Drumlink, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject requests for advertisements, cancel or not renew previously approved advertisements, at any time for any reason or no reason at all. The Advertiser may cancel or change an insertion within this Agreement by providing notice in writing to Drumlink at any time for any reason.
FORMAT Digital ads may be submitted in appropriate .jpg, .gif, .png or html formats. Audio ads should be submitted in MPG or Wav formats. Video ads should be submitted at 720 or greater resolution in .mp4 format.
GENERAL GUIDELINES Instructions as to ad campaign changes should be made in writing via email or Drumlink forms. Previously run advertisements will be repeated unless contrary instructions are received by the the start of a campaign period. instructions clearly stating which advertisement should run are received by the ad materials closing date for ads under contract, the previously run advertisement will be repeated. If no prior advertisement is available, Drumlink will run a house advertisement and advertiser will be responsible for the cost of its original insertion order. Drumlink reserves the right to change its advertising terms and conditions at any time.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY The Publisher will endeavor to publish advertisements promptly and accurately. The Advertiser shall notify Drumlink of any errors immediately. Upon notification, errors will be corrected in the next available comparable placement of the advertisement, as determined by Drumlink. Drumlink shall not be liable for failure to publish any advertisement accepted by Drumlink. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Drumlink for all damages, costs, expenses of any nature including court costs and legal fees, for which Drumlink may become liable by reason of its publication of the advertiser’s advertisement. Drumlink is not responsible for incorrect ad materials run when ad materials are not received by the ad material deadline. Drumlink may make corrections to ad artwork, if requested, for a fee. Drumlink is not responsible for the reproductive quality of any materials provided that do not meet the specifications. This includes color quality. Drumlink will not be bound by any condition appearing on insertion orders/contracts when such condition conflicts with any provision in this rate card or with standard IAA terms and conditions.
TERMS All ads are due and payable at time of insertion. Ads that run for more than one month will be billed on the first day of the month in which the ad is run. A completed and duly signed Agreement guarantees advertising rates for the period identified on the Advertising Insertion Form. Complimentary ads do not count toward frequency discounts. There are no ad agency discounts. By submitting the Advertising Insertion Order, advertising agencies assure that they have the right to contractually bind the company being represented and in the event of default of payment or cancellation, both the advertising agency and the company represented are held liable for the obligations of this Agreement.

INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF THE ADVERTISING POLICY All matters and questions not specifically covered are subject to the final decision of Drumlink.
